Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the process and methods of evaluating, converting, and implementing airworthiness directives/service bulletins/service letters.
2. Responsible for writing, reviewing, and approving corresponding work cards.
3. Complete the testing, repair, overhaul, and modification of attachments under safe conditions.
4. Ensure the quality and cycle time of attachment repairs.
5. Conduct incoming inspection of customer-sent attachments for repair, and promptly record and report any inspection discrepancies.
6. Responsible for maintenance system quality audits and on-site supervision.
7. Responsible for personnel qualification and internal training-related work.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in aviation maintenance-related majors.
2. CET-4 or equivalent English level, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
3. Familiar with domestic and international regulations, industry standards, and maintenance system manual systems; priority given to those familiar with EASA systems and regulations.
4. Priority given to those holding ISO9001:2008 internal auditor qualification certificates.
5. Priority given to those holding aircraft component maintenance personnel basic license (MEC-081), with over 5 years of aviation maintenance and management experience, and over 2 years of quality management experience.
